The Physical Body – how it bonds with The Mind

In the previous section ‘What is The Mind‘, we briefly explored the 5 aspects that contribute towards The Mind.

In this section, we will look closer at how The Physical Body interacts with The Mind.

The natural cycles of The Physical Body

The body goes through different states through out the day, and is in a constant state of cycling physical energy, just like all other energy / Spiritual Energy Systems. No energy ever dissaprears, it simply transmutes from one state to another, as is the same case for The Physical Body.

Running or vigorous exercise puts the whole physical body into a certain state of flow. Sitting down in front of the fire also puts the body into a certain state of flow. Both can be beneficial and both can be detrimental.

Whilst some systems maybe perceived as more complex (The Mind for example) the body can be controlled fairly easily. Exercise / stretching / yoga can activate instant changes in the the way that the physical body operates.

Understanding how these different states of flow effect us is one of the big keys to understanding how we feel, and what we need right now, as our body cycles. Similar to how our feet push the peddles of a bikes, to create forward momentum, understanding where, and when we need to push other energies, is important for our overall ‘forward momentum’.

This awareness ultimately contributes to our overall health. Being in control of our overall health greatly reduces longevity of our overall momentum.

Needless to say, physical pain feels incredibly real as a human, and chronic pain often forms when we either have not let go of some negative energy, or has been created from consistent neglect of The Physical Body.

The Physical Body Simplified

If I were to simplify the body into one metaphor, I would say that it’s like a pump. It moves energies around of kinds, and cycles energy from one environment to another. Whilst osmosis doesn’t require a pump, the concept of moving physical materials around the body could be seen as a form of ‘pump’.

The Physical Body can change it’s pace, and it too needs to vary its change of pace, for the well being of the pump itself.

In addition to the physical task that the The Physical Body has to processes, it also responds to our general mental / spiritual state.

Mentally feeling good, hugely effects The Physical Body as a whole. This alters our heart rate, digestive system, tension in the body, and almost every thought that goes through our brain. Needless to say, the physical aspects of the brain (tissue / minerals etc) is part of The Physical Body. The physical aspects of the brain will have a significant effect on the thought processes.

Drugs for instance play around with all kinds of things when it comes to the physical brain and associated systems.

Whilst we group The Physical Body as one thing, realistically it is made up of many sub categories, such as the various BIOMs of gut bacterial. This very much taps into the concept of micro / macro, and how all systems are essentially connected, through the relative nature of scale.

The frequency of The Physical Body

The body is primarily made up of denser materials, carbon for one.

This puts the body on a denser wavelength than that of The Electrical Body (nervous systems / brain activity) and Spiritual Energy System.

Whilst some people tend to look down at low frequency energies as bad, I do not agree with this. It quite literally is our vehicle on earth and we need to this learn from. Yes the body, especially when ill / out of balance / heavily disabled, can feel very heavy, almost like a ball and chain. But it is through these limitations that we also find freedom. I’m very fond of the expression ‘freedom within restriction’. This dense physical body is just this. These physically restricting bodies create all kinds of fun boundaries to play with.

Think about how many different types of car racing events you can go do. From F1 to NASCAR, they are all 4 wheeled vehicles, but the game is very different even within this small iteration of physical play.

For clarity, whilst I generally say that The Physical Body is the densest frequency of us, as humans, I will say that each tiny cell of The Physical Body can still communicate on a holistic / spiritual level. It like all other aspects of life can transmute heavier energy into lighter energy.

How The Physical Body communicates with The Mind

There are many brands of frequencies, which sit within the concept of the physical / electrical / spiritual bodies. Where they bridge (frequencies become similar), is where the communication is made.

If you were to look at all of our energy, as humans, as if it were one continuous string of frequencies (one frequency connected to the next) the physically denser material (bone for instance) would be considered the denser of frequencies.

After this it would be softer tissues, followed by blood, and then finally you will have aspects of the body (synapses and likes of) which then bridge the gap between The Physical Body and The Electrical System (brain / nervous system).

The Electrical System can be compared to a computer. Whilst the electrical elements are going through tissues / physical aspects of the body, ultimately, there is a chain of a electrical energy going from one part of the body to the other.

The nervous system / brain, responds to this information once it reaches it’s destination, to then send further information back if needed. Think of kneed jerk reactions (not going to the brain), or other hardwired actions (which are going to the brain), such as the different between running over a leave on your bike vs some glass.

This same system, after some adjustment, can be fused with modern technology to create electrically controlled prosthetic arms the likes of.

The brain / the nervous system needs a clear end to end communication, like sending an email from the UK to the USA. The Mind however is different to this.

The Mind is multi dimensional

The Mind is multi dimensional, which makes it slightly harder to understand.

Just as a reminder, The Mind is everything that is us as a human, in this incarnation. The Soul goes from vehicle to vehicle. The experience that The Soul has with each vehicle, is us, The Mind. The Mind is closely tied with The Physical Body and The Electrical Body, as these systems are human.

Here are some examples of The Mind:

  • The Mind doesn’t need end to end communication like the brain, instead, it feels every bit of the Electrical System at once.
  • Whilst it can feel our Electrical System, it can also feel the Spiritual Energy around us, such as the vibe of an enchanted woodland, or music concert.
  • The Mind is the highest frequency band of energy, before we get to The Soul.
  • The Soul is also multidimensional, however, The Mind (some may say ego) is left on earth, whereas The Soul goes back to the etherial realms, as that is the frequency it most resonates with, when not in a human body.
  • The Mind can feel any part of the body, even, if the physical part of that body as been severed!
  • Through deep concentration, we can focus The Mind, to perfect physical tasks.
  • The Mind can shift outside of The Physical Body, and experience things through other people. This is mainly experienced as The Mind can tap into the Spiritual Energy / Spiritual Bodies of others.
  • When we see people hug, we can feel this warmth, without the physical touch. This is because, The Mind, can tap into the Spiritual Energy of anything. This can be done anywhere, and at any time. Time is not relevant here, it can be past or future… this is what makes it multi dimensional.
