My key service = Archangel Reading

In my opinion, it’s safe to say that our spiritual energy aligns with our body. We have a head at the top and our feet / bum, at the bottom.

Whilst I certainly feel, along with other people, that often divine energy comes from the top, it’s important to remember that energy flows both ways, and we shouldn’t be afraid of energy coming from the bottom, or from the top. Essentially, it’s a bi-directional stream of kinds.

As we go about our every day, we collect all kinds of energy and meditation generally transmutes unwanted energy. This makes us feel good, and more like our true selves. Essentially it makes us feel more of the good stuff, and be less effected by the not-so-good stuff.

If you were to think of yourself as a vase, it’s best to take out the bad before filling up with good, as an overwhelming expansion of that vesicle could be uncomfortable.

When we transmute our energy, it’s safe to say that it can sometimes feel good, but it can sometimes feel uncomfortable. The uncomfortable feeling is just an energy release of some kind.

If for instance you went for a massage, and you had a gammy back. When they work on your back, it will probably at times feel uncomfortable. It will also at times be pleasant, as the muscle stagnation around the gammy part has shifted. Think of this in a similar way to your spiritual energy shifting.

If at any point you do this meditation, and things feel a little off, don’t be put off, as it could be a significant bit of energy ‘holding on’ which needs a little extra power to decouple so to speak.

If things get too much at any point, such as lightheaded, uncomfortable pain, excessive rushing, or extreme weight, then just state that you want things to calm down. Your guides should then reduce/increase the energy flow in your direction. They may however carry on a little, as it could require that level of energy flow to shift the unwanted energy.

Think of this in a similar way to the body dealing with a fever. Some people will take meds to reduce the body temp, as it’s getting too high, or too much discomfort. This is respectable, however, it is also worth noting that the body raises the temperature to a tolerable (just) state, knowing that it will recover. At the same time its creating an environment which isn’t suitable for the bacteria / virus to live in the body, therefore ridding it of the unwanted influence of a bug / flue.

This self-initiated ‘fever’ is essentially a flush-out. Not very comfy for you, but extremely uncomfy for the bug / virus.

Also worth noting, is that slowing down the speed of the energy flow can be just as useful as speeding it up. If you think about general plumbing, sometimes we need a pressure washer to get the system clear, and sometimes we need to slow it right down, almost to a stop, to then let the energy dissolve the ‘hard to reach places’.

A key thing to remember, is that if you get the set up correct, and enter the meditation correctly, the divine beings will be there to guide you on your way! There could be changes in temperature, feeling of things slowing down / speeding up, feeling light or feeling extremely heavy, moments of bliss and sometimes bodily discomfort. And needless to say, your spiritual senses may also be activated throughout the process.

Find a comfortable space. Sit on a chair, cross your legs, lie on your bed or whatever you feel is the most effective position for you to meditate.

Some people fall asleep, which is fine, but personally, I prefer to stay awake, as this gives me the option to do it at any time of the day.

Personally, I sit cross-legged on the floor, as this feels good for me, and also feels different to what I normally do in the day. The second I sit cross-legged, I’m either ‘in the mode’ or I’m on the beach, so semi ‘in the mode’. Also when I’m sat on the floor, I can touch the ground. This feels supreme, as I find this grounds me very quickly if I feel light-headed or the likes of.

Sitting cross-legged is a unique trigger for me generally, as when I lie down I think of sleeping, and when I sit at a desk I think of food or working.

Most of the time I’m on a yoga mat, with the assistance of a meditation pillow.

This stage is totally flexible to you, and there is no hierarchy of what is best, as everyone is different. Most people I know sit on a chair or slouch on a sofa somehow.

Some people will talk about protection, however, sometimes I think mentioning this sometimes feels like you’re going into some kind of battle!? What we are doing is connecting from this wonderful place, to another even nicer place, in the comfort of our own homes!

In short, by saturating the body with positive vibes, relaxation, and entering a calm state of mind, you will naturally become a furnace of positive energy.

The mind will almost always be a big distraction for you, as it’s quite literally hard-wired to be on, even during sleep. This could be due to some evolutionary thing to be cautious of your environment, or it could simply be that living things keep on moving, and the mind has 100 trillion connections to keep in service, so perhaps it’s just ‘keeping the pipes clean’!?

Regardless of how the mind got to where it is, all we need to know, is that we need to slow it down. Hard-driving drum and bass or complex mathematical equations probably won’t do this.

What will?

Focusing on the breath will, and scanning your body from top till toe will also help, however everyone is different.

I initially started off meditating in the bath, and the process of making the bath, the music, and the incense and salts got me into that mode pretty quickly. I then transitioned that process to my meditation cushion, without the bathing process.

Now, almost the second I hit the pillow, I’m entering into deep meditation, but I guess it’s taken around 2 years to get to this state.

For me, when I sit down, I start to see colours emerging in front of me, I have a sense of bliss and relaxation, often I will get shudders in my body, and my whole body feels like it is tuning into a different type of energy. Often my body will sway or wobble around, a bit like a fish staying in one position, in a stream, that is gently flowing.

Working on the breath can also help me get into the mindset, but this is less needed now that I have found a good routine. Everyone is different, so you may wish to work on the breath at this point.

Often I will feel my chakras lighting up. For me often the key one is my third eye, which often feels like a pressure or swelling of the top of my nose. This sometimes spreads to my sinuses and to my forehead. Sometimes it’s one part of my face, or nearer to the crown. Other times my heart feels a little pressured. What happens is individual, but listening to the body and the chakras is always interesting.

I am no longer thinking about cognitive things of the day, or things that provoke a strong emotional connection. If something does come up, it just comes in, for me to then say ‘oh ok’, to then refocus on my senses that promote meditation. If you get worked up, so what, just let it pass and remember that we can always turn our attention to somewhere else.

Overall, I would say my two strongest spiritual senses are visuals and the feeling of knowing, so it is these two that I interact with, and intuitively follow. For others it may be other senses, such as sound.

Once I feel settled, then I proceed with the next steps. This setting up process is important as it sets up the mind, body and soul for what is to come, so only move on once you feel comfortable to do so.

Now that we have set the scene, we are in the right mindset to transition to some visualizations.

Imagine yourself, sitting within a diamond. The diamond is encapsulating your whole body. It is resonating with your true higher self.

The diamond represents the sacred geometry of your energy field. It’s in symmetry and in alignment with the highest vibration.

Visualise the shimmering of this diamond as it turns, you may see it as one colour, or as multiple colours.

Some may see it like the shimmering white of a seashell, or some may see it as a beautiful blue. It is up to you what you feel it should look like. There is no right or wrong answer.

The diamond may be elongated at the bottom, or it may be equilateral. There is no right or wrong way, it’s up to you what feels right.

Imagine a golden cord coming from the bottom of the diamond. This cord will reach down deep into the earth, lighten up the earth as it goes deeper into the ground.

As it goes down, elements in the earth ignite. Crystalline structures in the earth come a light.

The golden cord goes deeper and deeper, till it reaches the centre of the earth, where there are clusters of golden, white and pink crystals and diamonds. The place is full of vibrant colours.

The energy eventually reaches and connects with centre of the earth, a giant crystalline structure.

This is your connection with earth, and will balance the lower elements of your body.

You should now be able to feel how the energy goes down from you to the centre of the earth. You should also feel energy come up from earth, in a mutual bond between you and the earth energy.

Remember you are still a child of earth, and you will stay connected with earth, as this is your home.

The centre of the earth, for a very long time, has been an incredible transmuter of energy. It works in collaboration with other systems to cleans and align you ever closer to your true self.

Another golden connection now opens up from the top of the diamond, which gradually reaches up into the stratosphere.

This reaches out into the infinity of space, and draws down a divine golden white energy.

Once again, you should be able to feel how the energy is sometimes going up into the ether, and sometimes coming down to you from the ether.

You are now connected with both the earth and the ether.

Both are providing you with ultimate support. They balanced the connection to maximise healing and aid with the expansion of your soul.

With these two in place, we can now move the diamond up and down the various gradients of spiritual energy, in order to resolve and grow.

In this state of being, your ‘band width’ has massively increased. The energy may flow fast, it may flow slowly. Regardless of the speed or the direction of the energy, the river of energy within you, and around you, has significantly increased, allowing for a wide range of frequencies to now help in their own unique ways.

Once again, during this time you may feel elements of bliss, or slight discomfort, depending on what type of energy is being shifted around.

Just embrace the experience, and keep the visualization going.

The amount of time you wish to meditate is up to you. Personally, I find I warm up after around 10 mins, and reach a higher level after around 20-30mins. I then wind down after around 1hr to 1.5hr.

When you wish to wind things down, gradually ask for the energies to return to normal levels.

You will feel a change in pace, and perhaps start to feel more like your normal sell. Imagine that those golden strands from above and below gradually recall back to the diamond, and gradually bring your attention back to your physical body.

Visualise just yourself and eventually start to move your fingers, toes, or maybe just wriggle your body a little.

Gradually open your eyes and take a nice stretch, rub your face, or maybe have a sip of some water.

Last but not least, perhaps write down anything that you felt or saw during this session. These things can be applicable for today, your week ahead, or for the rest of your life. Reflecting on these notes can be just as valuable now as they are in the years to come.

Given the effort and concentration you have put into this, make the extra effort to see how you feel for the rest of the day, or perhaps the next day, or even the whole of the week.

Every now and then, check in with yourself to see if you feel any different? What has changed?

Reviewing yourself often increases awareness. With increased awareness, we can grow the mind, the body, and the soul.

Having a solid connection with earth, and with the ether provides the perfect balance of energy. If your energy were to be a pipe, you can’t simply have one end of the pipe smaller than the other. There needs to be a balanced flow, and this visualisation helps with that.

You may feel the energy go up or down, or focus on a particular part of your body, but this is where the energy is working its magic.

There is something quite liberating about creating this connection, as for me, it feels like a connection with true conductivity.  The visualisation of the crystalline structures draws strong parallels with all the geometry that we see around us. It reminds me that we are connected, we are in essence, made of the same things as the higher frequency beings!

Everyone is different and people will see different things.  That being said, I know a few people who visualize similar things during this process.

For me, the cord connection between me and earth, and the ether, somewhat wavers around, a little bit like a rope snaking around, or how a tornado’s column wiggles around to the top of the clouds.

Often I see the diamond moving up, or down. I also see the diamond from a different perspective, as if the diamond were on a show reel of kinds.

Previously I have asked for the energy flow, to slow right down. This somehow made my visualisations slow down, and also resulted in a somewhat slow-motion healing session. This was quite nice as I saw things in a little more detail, over a longer period of time.

Whilst I won’t pretend to know what the divine beings are doing to help heal me during this period, I would to think different high frequency entries are coming in for different stages of the process. This then alters the colour formations and my general feeling throughout the meditation. This keeps the meditation interesting.

Once again, healing moves in all directions and can work in short sharp waves, or in gentle beams. Whilst the framework is there, the experience will be unique for everyone.

Feel free to share any experiences you may have during this process.
