The energy fabric of humans  – Intro

In my opinion, there are three key bandwidths of energy that accumulate to the energy of a human.

Whilst I do believe that ultimately we are all connected, through energies of kinds, these three bandwidths are important to consider, in my opinion.

In order of higher frequency to lower frequency:

1. The soul –  Spiritual energy / energy from the ethereal realms / energy that is created from a source that is of a higher frequency.
2. The mind – a mid-frequency energy which is highly malleable. It provides the bridge, or interface, between the soul and the body.
3. The body – a denser energy that reacts slower to change. Whilst slow to move, the body has DNA and other mechanisms which adapt incredibly well to the physical world, of which we are part of.

First off let’s talk about the highest frequency element of the human, the soul.
