Meditation & Mindfulness
Within this page, I’m going to gradually build a list of different ways that you can meditate and practice mindfulness.
Everyone is different, and some will be more inclined to one practice more than others.
Whilst I am dividing the practices into introductory, developing and advanced, I will say that all practices will work just as well on anyone regardless of their stage in life. Someone with a great deal of experience with one type of meditation could benefit from it much more than knowing many types in a little detail.
In short, whilst we are doing these meditations, it’s safe to say, in my opinion, that there is MUCH more going on in the background. Whilst we are holding our mind / body / spirit, in this space, a lot more is going on to aid us in this practice.
Archangels, and entities of the higher realms can often be seen surrounding us, and participating with us during these periods. As we elevate our energy to that closer to theirs, we can therefore naturally connect more, and relate more with them during these times.
Regardless of the type of meditation you do, the most important thing by far, in my opinion, is setting the intention of starting to meditate and being engaged in that meditation.
Meditation & Mindfulness FAQ

Introductory Meditations
These meditations created the foundations of the meditations that I do today. Without these, I wouldn’t be the person I am today.
By that, I mean I’m a significantly happier person, who is much less burdened by negative thoughts and destructive thought / behavioural patterns.
I feel like they have provided me save space to recover and rejuvenate, reducing my anxiety and depression to a slither of what they used to be!

Advanced Meditations
These maybe more suitable for people who have already studied Reiki, Crystal Healing or other spiritual energy courses.
You will probably be familiar with terms such as your higher self, or universal energy.
